Crayfish

While on holiday in 2022, I took a break from painting plant pathogens and instead painted langoustines from the fish market.
This watercolor and acrylic painting depicts five crayfish lined up in a row on the edge of a yellow storage tub.
The original photograph of the crayfish, taken by my father, is shown on the left.
